单足龙（学名：Elmisaurus），又名Elmisaurus（意为“足底蜥蜴”），是生活在 白垩纪 晚期的蒙古Nemegt Formation的肉食性恐龙。它们属于 蜥臀目 ，是 窃蛋龙下目 恐龙的一属。单足龙仅留下脚掌和 手掌 的化石。
